Hello. I hope your day was good. I woke up at four in the morning. Now I have to self-soothe
to feel better. And this is how I self-soothe. I touch my body. It just relaxes me, makes
me feel better. I take a Qigong class, which is a Chinese form of meditation, but it's
done with movement. So I do that on Thursdays to get some exercise. So I kind of use a little
bit of that, but not all of it, when I start touching myself. And I moan. I'm a moaner.
